We received such a warm welcome and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.The rooms and ensuite bathroom were really spacious, clean and comfortable and the views of the Tuscan countryside from the bedroom window were beautiful. The hotel was in a lovely, quiet setting. The breakfast, which we ate on the sunny terrace, included fresh Italian pastries and bread.

Really nice location, fantastic view at the swimmingpool! And they have the best receptionist ever!

The people of the hotel were very friendly and helpfull.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. That means you have to like bugs and animals. I do not like them. The rooms are big but that does not mean that you only clean the toilet and the bedsheets. Underr the table and in the corner were webs of dust/spiders.

excellent place for sunbathing. great infinity pool. the relatively small size of the hotel enabled privacy and a calm atmosphere. spacious rooms. nice surroundings and pretty flower beds

Fabulous place and fantastic building as an old country "casolare".

The hotel was beautiful, and the staff friendly. I would definatly recomend one of the rooms on the second floor. For the windows and the view. The rooms on the first floor only had a window in the door and the ventalation didn't seem very good in those rooms, but when you head to an area like this who spends alot of time in there rooms anyways. The breakfast was good. Fresh croisants and bread, local ham and cheese plus cereal's and yogurt.

Stunning views. Staff could not do more for you - provided their transport free of charge to and from a local restaurant.

Too far up an unmade road (glad it was a hire car and not mine!). Very isolated. Had a number of walking groups staying for single nights - this is what it's best suited for. No meals available if you don't take up the offer of a free ride to the local restaurant.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The hospitality is great, the hotel staff are very nice and helpfull. The place is fantastic with a beautifull view, quite and calm, excellent breakfast on the terrace and large rooms. Perfect to relax! I definetly recommend it!

Don't use gps- it will take you to another place! The best is to call them and ask for information.

Location was perfect, beautiful views. Nice breakfast on the terrace and fantastic swimming pool, even though we did not use it as it was a bit too cool for that. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Room was not perfectly clean, you could fing spider nets and dust. Towels were changed only after 3 nights of our stay. In other hotels, even 2 star, we had them changed verey day. We were with baby and it was a bit cold in the apartment, we got a room heater after 2 nights.

I liked everything including the difficult way up the hill and problems with finding it. Excellent pastry for breakfast which you can enjoy on terrace with excellent view.

Sometimes they do not answer the phone and the GPS does not "see" this location. Good coffe for breakfast is to be paid extra and costs 3 euro.
